RV Park, with water and electricity for 25$ a night (plus 3$ if you pay with a card). There are hot showers and a laundry too.
The sites are really close to one another, only separated by a table, on concrete.
The park is okay, its biggest advantage is that it is less than one minute from the beach.
You can dump and refill your tank for 4$. Wifi is ok.

There is an old area not pretty for $25/night with 30amp and water and a newer premium grassy area with concrete pads, 50 amp and water for 50$/night. The older area has potholes and is not kept up but is worth the price. Quiet. 2 5G tmobile bars. There is a dump station.
