nice grassy spots with full hook ups but no Wi-Fi. Cell reception good. A few blocks from beach, right in town. palms trees and grassy sites, some pull through. we paid 350p in high season but that seems to be year round.

Most expensive campground since we started our trip to Mexico 575 p for 2 pers + 150 extra pp. Showers were cold when we arrived, restrooms really dirty, except for the nice garden i will definitely not Come back to that place. maybe good for snow birds who take monthly rental but definitely not for overlanders.

We think that this is a better place than Tachos because of the ambience and proximity to downtown. But it is more expensive, $575 per night. When you arrive the gate will be closed and it will take forever to get it open. If your rig is longer than 20 ft you will be blocking traffic so expect some abuse. While we were here the washroom was reserved for someone in the cottage. The sites are small but reasonably private because the place is not full.

We only stood here for one night. It was just too hot. We were the only guests. 400 pesos/night for 2 people. We rang the bell but no one heard it. The nice lady across the street called and then the gate opened. The park is open, so be patient.

Report Check-In

Staying a total of 3 nights. $400 per night. You have to watch out for coconuts when choosing your spot. Lots of shade which isn’t great for Starlink or Solar. It’s surprisingly quiet at night for being in town. HOT showers with good water pressure and good drainage = worth it. Not sure how long this place will be here. It’s currently for sale.

Report Check-In

Tried for a considerable time to ring the bell and get someone to open the gate. No luck whatsoever.

Report Check-In

This place is perfect! Don’t mind the pictures. It is nice and quiet in the middle of a big city.

Report Check-In

By Mexican standards this is a five star park. And welcome to the 2 minute (but hot) showers! They seem to auto shut off very quickly. A marginal beach is a quick walk away but it’s walled off by private resorts so you can’t use it to walk to the main tourist areas of downtown/Romantic Zone. Bathrooms were maintained (BYO TP) and new shower heads installed. It’s expensive but expected as it’s a tourist town.

I kept calling this place but they never answered. So glad I took the chance! I love the location, Versailles is excellent. It's quiet in spite of being in the city. Walled and gated, I feel like I can leave my bus for the day and she'll be safe. 400p/night no pool.

Report Check-In

Still closed. Sign says open and ring the bell, but no one was there.

Report Check-In

They are open- better location than Tachos, walking distance to great restaurants and close to bike paths. Compared to Tachos - this has no pool-and at this place I could get cell
Phone service. Tachos I have to walk out to the street to get anything at all.

This place is permanently closed.

Perfect place to visit Puerto Vallarta. Walking distance to beach and many other things. Very good restaurants around. RV Park with a lot of shade (watch the Coconuts) and very quiet at night. 400 Pesos p night /2Persons.
Since we have been to both places in city - our No1 is this one 👍🏽

Report Check-In

not a good place. loud music all night till 5h30 in morning even if I have advised administration has done nothing. bathrooms are very disgusting. did not want to reimburse me after I told them about parties for 2 days. I left and will never go back. water looks like it is infected. got pneumonia. took 7 days to empty garbage in bathroom.

Joli parc arboré mais très petits emplacements
Cœur de ville, proche malecon
Basse saison, seuls dans le camping
Pas de possibilité de négociation du prix même sans électricité, pas de wifi, 400 pesos pour 2 uniquement pour un stationnement

Report Check-In

Overpriced place. We checked it out and left without staying. No wifi, no gate and extremely high priced. All the Canadians with big RV's drive up the prices. Would only stay here if necessary.

Report Check-In

Lots of shade & grass with tiled slabs. People are very friendly. Relatively well maintained. Washrooms & grounds are cleaned daily (except Sunday's.) If you ring the buzzer at the owner's residence they will let you in to sit in their beautiful space & use the wifi. They said "Mi Casa es su casa." Very close the Mega & a number of very good restaurants nearby. Walking distance to the Malecon. Great Bus service a few blocks away.

Report Check-In

The place is nice and close to town center. Almost empty in high season (only 5 snowbirds). 400 pesos for 2 and 100 per extra person. No neggociation. No wifi, no toilet paper in the washroom :-(, no gate at the enterance.

Report Check-In

It's possible that the water in the women's shower is contaminated with sewage. My wife reported that the water smelled like rotten eggs. The management seems to place a very low priority on upkeep and cleanliness.
