I would steer clear of this place unless it is your only option. I had them repair my parking break cable, and had an abysmal experience. It took them 4 full business days to install it, they rebuilt it incorrectly twice, I had to show them how to install it twice, and when I finally got the car back after all that time, the break was too loose. A few days later I went to adjust it and found that not only had they not routed it correctly (they left the cable hanging loose against the engine instead of bolted in with the hardware I supplied) rather than reusing the perfectly fine original parts, they had jerry-rigged the cable with a bent bolt and some bailing wire. So now I’m stuck with a dangerous, loose and not easily adjustable brake cable. They also charged me way to much even for Ushuaia, especially for such a crappy job. I uploaded some photos of the break cable which speak for themselves.

At the end of the day, you win some and you lose some. I would have let this go, but after all that, they had the nerve to put a sticker with their logo on my rig without asking. Avoid them.

Literally the most incompetent mechanics in South America. They made all of our problems 10x worse, took 3 days longer than they said they would, wayyy overcharged us and then to add insult to injury, they put their shop sticker on our car without our permission. Do not go here.

Went there to check and change oil and engine after a red light oil. They told us to leave the car here. Apparently they changed the oil sensor and charge us 950000 ARS. We went to another taller in Punta Arenas to get another check, and shows me that nothing had been done.

Went here to get an oil change based on the reviews, it seemed the most professional. I watched as they did the service and constantly saw them doing things incorrectly, they didn't know what oil to use and after being told they still needed a reminder. The guy cleaning my air filter was blowing the dirt deeper into the filter instead of out and when I asked them to grease the drive lines and other components they needed me to point at each and every single one. Also it took them 30 minutes to figure out how to use the grease gun. Good thing, it was cheap.

Excellent repair shop and automotive parts retail store. More expensive price for oil than up north but reasonable for everywhere in Ushuaia. The owner was making Asado when we arrived so he fed us lunch while his team changed my oil! Excellent people, highly recommend.
