TNice spot between small dunes, so there is Some protection for wind (except if the wind is north) Nice place to spot the whales.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
Spend two nights here with our van, a lot of wind And sand also some mosquitos, but really nice place and felt safe with a lot of neighbors living with their motorhomes
Dormimos dias noites aqui bem tranquilas apesar de mto vento e mta areia, mas tem momentos que ficam tranquilos lindo amanhecer
Report Check-Insooooo many motorhomes and people living here for long term. 🤪
we kept going on a few meters on the left hand side and were a bit alone on our side. was nice. the view is amazing, it's quiet. in the evening, we saw the police but she didn't say anything. 🙃
nice place 'close' to Puerto Madryn. lot of people living there in buses and it is a bit crowded but there is lot of spot so you will find one
Report Check-InNice spot ! We came here after being told it was prohibited to sleep in town. Lots of campers so there were not much spaces, we went a bit closer to the road but it was really quiet with a nice view over the sea.
Report Check-InGreat place along the beach. There are several sections to stop, so you are a bit (not completely) secluded. Nice view, quiet at night. And perfect for whale watching, at the right time of the year, of course.
Report Check-InThe place is still there and is great! Quiet at night. The dropouts who live here are absolutely cool and friendly.
Report Check-InGreat spot! We drove down the road to the right. Private spots tucked into the sand dunes. You can have your own balcony to the beach. People walking on the beach night and day, but not too loud. Also, pretty clean.
This spot goes perfect with a few brews togo from Cara de Perros. Cheers :)
Wonderful. Hidden from street, quiet. Beautiful view on the see. No facilities. Recommended!
Report Check-InGreat place, but I arrived at 18h on a sunday in january and it was PACKED! To get a spot on the beach, I had to wait until 20h to get a spot and there was still a lot of locals. Still fairly quiet. Most of them seem to be there long term, with their wood frame awnings and reception dishes. There is also a chemical toilet near where the marker is, although I was parked pretty far so I did not try it.
Report Check-InStopped here for lunch and planned to stay a few days. The first section has permanent campers so we drove just a bit further. Plenty of places along this section.
However, the wind started blowing and carrying with it an awful manure smell...we ere gagging it was so bad. We left to go to other side of Madryn.
Report Check-InThere’s actually quite a few places near this one to pull into the dunes and camp so you have your pick. Lovely spot right on the ocean (gorgeous sunset and sunrise). No wind when we arrived but it picked up during the night and was fairly strong- our rooftop tent was fine. One or two cars around playing music but they left quite early. I imagine it’d be much busier in summer. Bit of rubbish around and GLASS too- careful if you’re barefoot/with kids.
Report Check-InNice place a few meters from the beach and the sea, a few kilometers away from the city. you can stop for free, recommended by tourist information
Report Check-InA good place to camp for free, despite wind and glass in the dunes. The kids can explore the shipwreck. The museum ecocentric is a walk away. The nice municipal beaches and other amenities are a little drive away.
Report Check-InReally quite, except some locals who come to have a drink in front of the ocean.
Quite windy but exceptional view. 1h walking from the center.
Lots of overlanders. Safe and friendly. Nice view!!! Help cleaning the beaches!!! Take yours and others trash ;)
Report Check-InThe2dutch. Nice spot between small dunes, so there is Some protection for wind (except if the wind is north) Nice place to spot the whales.
