Not very friendly. The boss told us that parking and camping (for one night) is not possible. They said we have to take a room for 30$. We arrived in the evening and it was dark. I think they tried to take advantage of our situation…. Better go to „Hotel southern nights“

they still accept rv overnight, price is high with 15$. Good wifi, hight restriction approx. 3.5m

we don't not recommend to stay here!
there are new owners and in the beginning they were not sure if they want to let us stay here...
then they said it's okay and charged us 25US for parking in their parking lot without using water or electricity (2 vans 4 people)
after asking for a bathroom they opened a room where we could use the shower and toilets but charged us another 5 US for the use of the room
we negotiate with the husband of the owner that if we stay a second night we will get it for 25 including the restrooms
at the evening of our second day the owner came to us and wanted to charge 25 US for the parking and 30 US for the room - she said that is the new deal for us now as we block this room and she wouldn't be able to rent this one to other guests (by the way we where the only ones around!)
so we tried to negotiate with her on the deal we had the day before with her husband but she told us to leave if we don't pay the 55US for staying in their parking lot and using a bathroom!
she also said said that she had cameras everywhere and she had seen that we all slept in the room over night.... crazy lady
so we left at 9 pm and had to find another place.

Great spot to base yourself for a trip to the island or for the border crossing (only 30 min away). So much land, pick your spot. $10 per car/night, wifi, and he opened a room with bathroom and shower for us to use.

We parked next to room number 1. There is a picknick table and hammock on the covered veranda. Free internet and use of bathroom in a room (in our case number 5). 2 persons + van Cord 285 without electricity (extra US$ 5 for electricity). Fine place before ferry to Ometepe. We had our laundry done here, price by donation (we paid Cord 200 for a big bag). They don't have a dryer, it's fun to see your knickers lying in a bush to dry.

Stayed here before taking the ferry over to Ometepe and after our return. Great place, plenty of shade. Friendly staff, gave us the key to a room that is used for storage so we had bathroom and Showers- room 11. wifi too. $10 a night total

we payed $5 for 2 people and got the key to a room for the toilet, a lot of flies around, but great to go the ferry the next day

We paid 15 US$ per night, but got the key to a room with toilet and shower. It´s only about 200 m to the port, where there is a nice restaurant.

Good place for overnight, no facilities, just pit toilet. Poor wifi. Usd 10per car for camping. Good stop if you are going to the island.

Paid $10 a night for camping for one person/one vehicle. They have a kitchen with good local food for about $100 cord a meal. No bathrooms for campers, but was able to use the office flush toilet and shower in one of the unoccupied rooms on the last day. There are several pet dogs and one trained guard dog on the property, but had no problems with my own dog--though I did keep him leashed a good portion of the time just in case. Ask for the password for the fast office wifi connection!

Great place to leave your big truckcamper while travelling to Ometepe. $10/night with excellent security.

$10 per night. Free WIFI. No Power or water in price. 24hr security. Flush toilet in main office. Parking on grass under trees around back of the property. Can leave vehicle here while you go to Isla de Ometepe.
