Typical city parking spots between the harbor and a small park. There are meters here for the hours of 8am-6pm, so I just took off before 8. No hassle from police or anybody. It’s a well-lit area, so you’re in a safe place for the night at least. A handful of other vehicles stayed here as well. There’s a bathroom located in the park with a water fountain and beach-style showers.

Report Check-InStayed here no problem. Got here at 9:00 and paid for a few hours to get some work done in the morning. It’s really loud until about 11 then quiets down and picks back up around 5am.
Report Check-InStreet parking like stated before. Just arrived at 1:02 am and is as quiet as it gets. Restrooms are closed during the night tho.
Report Check-InStayed here one night. Still free after 8pm and before 10am. Paid for three hours in the morning to explore the area on my scooter.
Report Check-InAs described. Metered parking spots along a nice park, right across from the ship harbor. Parking is free overnight from 6pm - 8am, then becomes paid metered spots. It is definitely loud, busy and bright. But otherwise lovely spot to wake up.
Report Check-InStreet parking in between Waterfront Park and the harbor. Meters only enforce parking 8a-6p, got here ~9pm and slept the night without any issues as I left before 8a. I would definitely have some ear plugs and some window covers, the street right next to you is quite busy with bright lights on all night. Otherwise a nice spot to wake up in!
Report Check-InLove this spot for a last minute or close-to-downtown option. 2hr free parking 8am-6pm so we left at 10 am the next morning with no issues! So easy to find, very comfortable and will stay again!
Report Check-InCrazy busy and no spots on weekends before 10 pm on weekends. Very happening area tho.
Report Check-InWe stayed at the water for a parking lot for a night. Kind of neat to see the scenery of the city lights and water. Super loud at night, traffic never stops and airplanes fly over all night
