Description

One of the most beautiful places we've slept during one year long trip. Great views of nearby Volcano Incahuasi (66xx m) and San Francisco (6018 m). A bit windy. High possibility of being harassed by wild vicunas in the morning.
Next to small cosy thermas!

Latest Check-Ins

The border is still closed. We asked the army officer for permission and he allowed us to park in customs and walk to the hot spring. We couldn't drive here. The hot spring is a single small pool inside a little house. The water is hot and has great wind protection!

A fronteira segue fechada.

The road to the border is incredible.

Stunning! We were the only people for the whole day. Some cars came but didnt stay. Water was not hot but warm. An amazing place and definitely would recommend visiting the termas and spending a night. We had a snow storm during the night and in the morning all the mountains were even whiter and more beautiful. Please do try to keep it clean, though!
