Tried to exchange shillings to USD here but at 11:30am they were already out, told us to come back at 8:30am the next morning. They seem to have a USD500 daily limit at the moment due to foreign currency shortages. There is a bureau de change on the opposite side of the street where they reluctantly sold us USD100.
