I would avoid this spot. There’s a person missing who was last seen near here.

Still a phenomenal day beach with epic surfing and whales breaching. No campers lined up like before, so, no, definitely no camping. Think I see a van parked off in the scrub like it’s camped from overnight. Wouldn’t count on it as a sign for camping potential, though. I’m in a van and won’t chance it until further confirmation it’s campable. But! Still deserves praise for staying a beautiful open public day area:) one of my very fav spots in all of Baja. :)

Local guy in black truck told us not to camp here in the morning. The night before we drove around the town to look for a hotel after being off grid for two weeks- wanted a nice clean hotel. No vacancy anywhere. We then watched the guy drive over to another camp and take a baseball bat to a windshield. This gave us a really bad taste in our mouth for Todos Santos. Headed to Cerritos and paying to camp on the point and much better spot in our opinion on the beach. Todos the town didn’t really do it for us. More of an artsy town feeling that a surf/beach town. Lots of mustaches and yuppies.

This place was as described, big flat space that was easy, access from road easy for our 24' RV, beach lovely. About 20 RV, trailers, and vans. Very chill and felt very safe. The road there is rough and as mentioned you have to drive through Todos Santos. Cell service was strong.

Report Check-In

We popped in here to check it out versus the next beach south. Very empty on Friday night. The hardpacked road doesn’t give much space to park. At the end of the one road it turns to very soft sand. I wouldn’t recommend a big rig 15+ feet to come down the road unless you want to back all the way out. Very thin road we chose in, would scratch your car and trailer.

We learned a valuable lesson here. An overweight Land Cruiser 100 with normal pressure tires (around 2.2 or 2.4 bar - about 35 psi) got stuck pretty quickly. Once the pressure was brought down to 1.25 bar or 18 psi, that same overweight (3.5 metric ton) vehicle was able to drive anywhere on this beach. Lesson: airing down really works.

Other than that, this is a huge beach where one can camp anywhere. We weren't sure about the high tide line (which was foreseen at 3:30 am): we backed up a little so we wouldn't have to get out of bed.

Edit: The water does not reach the packed sand (parallel to the water) that everybody seems to drive on, but YMMV (around full moon).

There were lots of vans and campers on the beach when we arrived but still plenty of room for everyone to have their space.
We are not surfers but could watch them all day! Maybe tomorrow we will!
This spot is well worth the short drive in the sandy/ dirt road to get here. Be sure to stock up on supplies because you will want to stay longer than you anticipated.
Pack out your garbage and clean up after your dog so we can all continue to enjoy this beautiful place.

Belle place pour le surf, endroit tranquille et securitaire. Beaucoup de places pour rv

Wide sandy stretch of beach north of Todos Santos. One mile from the Green Room restaurant at La Pastora. Access road has soft sand and is narrow. Beach has room for anything but need to be able to handle very soft sand. Had the spot to ourselves except for at sunset when local families came to enjoy the view. No amenities but 4G coverage on Verizon.

Report Check-In

This is the first turn in, and really only room for one camper at the end of the road. Pretty windy if you were to tent it on the beach. Nobody here and very nice!

Report Check-In

Free, quiet at night, multiple surfers!!

Report Check-In

Stayed 2 nights, quite and peaceful right on the sand... 4x4 and airing down required for driving on the soft sand, horses, donkys and cattle come and go to the nearby pond.

Report Check-In

Long sandy bumpy road to the turn off and then a narrow winding road to the beach. There’s really only one spot to camp unless you have 4WD. Very pretty beach but we wouldn’t recommend it with a large rig. Better for small vans / tents.

Report Check-In

Nice beach. Perfectly easy and smooth access to get to parking. When we showed up there was a local family having a picnic on the beach next to their 4x4 trucks. We didn’t venture out onto the sand in our 2wd van. They left before sunset and now it’s just us here.

Report Check-In

We stayed for two nights and really enjoyed it. However the waves were giant so I wouldn't recommend swimming. I did climb down the sand cliff and got pummeled by water to cool down. My partner swam but I was nervous! Lots of rubbish around - which is unfortunate. There was a cool breeze which we really enjoyed. No other campers - a few people drove down to check out the beach but we were pretty much alone.

Nice Beach, were alone and felt safe.

Just as described, nice spot no one else around. Lovely beach but wouldn't recommend swimming.
