Description

On the water bayside of Isla de la Piedra. Amazing spot, no one minds we’ve been here two night and are planing a few more! Goat hill is an amazing hike and you’ll essentially park at the bottom of it! Spectacular views and bring food for the goats you will be surrounded by them!!! Great fishing, if you want to swim don’t go in at the rocks, my girlfriend is currently pulling out sea urchin spines from her foot! Lol there is a lot of them. Quiet at night very safe no bathrooms so go before you come or go when the restaurant opens! 10 peso Ferry to Mazatlan. This spot is great! Any car can get in too! Perfect cell service too!

Beautiful spot! but... we stayed here 5 nights without any issues. The last day, at 7:30 am, a young guy with a bike knocked at our door and asked us to pay him 100 pesos for that night! He told us it was his land... We didn't trust him because we met a lot of people fishing, walking, have a BBQ, etc... and we said we were not going to pay him and he left... and we left too... but de spot was great! 😂

The lancha for Mazatlan are just in front of that place and it take less than 10mn for going to Mazatlan. You will also find a lavaderia in the center of isla de la piedra (ask to the people)
