I think the prices are off on this app. We paid 828MXN for a night (about $50). Has full hookups, is clean, and friendly. Beach is ok too. Kinda high end place with mostly newer rigs. Has laundry machines (70MXN per load) and dryers. So total 140 per load if you want to dry

Report Check-In

This is so so place. Nice access to the beach. 15 min walk to beach hotels.

Report Check-In

Nice RV Park, easy access- wifi, hot showers, close to town - nice staff

Report Check-In

Other reviews really undersold this place, in my opinion. My two dogs and I stayed here for 2 weeks in a 22' C Class and didn't want to leave. Best features are: it's QUIET, hot water and very clean showers with good pressure and good shower heads, clean beach with private access if you're parked in the first row, campers and camp representatives are all so kind and respectful and it was safe enough to let my dogs be off leash. There also were the most beautiful sunsets I've ever seen in my life. There's also 3 wifi options and Jorge is not stingy with the amenities. Oxxo directly across the street that's well stocked and it's a safe 15 minute walk to the center of town. The wifi works well enough even in the campsites.

Cons: the price is very high for me despite Jorge giving me a discount on the first row. If it were more affordable, I would've stayed much longer. $4467 mxn/$266 USD per week in 1st row and $40 USD per day.

The main wifi is strong enough for video calls, but is inconsistently reliable. Jellyfish and dead pufferfish season (early June) kept me on my toes, no potable water/garafon service on site (although Jorge offered to exchange my garafon for me at Oxxo and there's a purificadora 1 km south).

There's a small restaurant across the street that is hidden by a landscaping vendor that supposedly has the best ceviche in town. I enjoyed some soup but I found it to be pricey but it's popular and the staff are very nice.

As an American, English speaker, this is a VERY easy place to be but that's not why I'm in Mexico so I'm moving on from this American/Canadian spot. Town has necessary amenities and the main grocery store has gringo groceries!

I added a picture of the price list.

It is a very clean and well maintained campground, big rig friendly. We fit easily with our 42' 5th wheel. We paid $320 for 10 days staying on the 2nd row from the beach. the first row gets taken up by the seasonal people. The park is mostly filled with Americans and Canadians. I don't recommend getting your camper washed/waxed by Jesus, he won't finish the job but will keep asking for more money, over a week later and we are still trying to get all the wax off that he left. Jorge (the owner) is very friendly. Washer and Dryer is 50 pesos each, so 100 pesos a load. Bathrooms and showers were clean.

Report Check-In

A nice and well maintained RV park. We paid 500 pesos to say in a camp site (no hook ups). Bathrooms were clean and showers were hot. Pretty happy for the showers after crash camping for the last few days. Safe spot to camp and access the mnt bike trail system across the road or walk on the beach. Beach front camp sites also available at this RV park.

Report Check-In

Big spaces on the sandy beach, bit of road noise, but less atv noise than other RV parks in area (playa Norte and Martins). Owner/caretakers dogs a bit noisy and tried to pick fights with our dogs, but they are all noise and will go if you pick up some sand! Bathrooms are good. Busy on Semana Santa, but fun to see and quiet at night. Playa Norte is nicer in my opinion, other than atv traffic.

Report Check-In

$30 per night for an electric/non-potable water/dump site right by the entrance. Pretty spendy, however the game room has a lot of amenities for free. We played soccer, volleyball, badminton, and they even have kayaks you can take out for no added cost. Bathrooms are clean and showers are hot. Laundry on site for $50 peso per load.

Really nice place… you can’t park by the beach, but it has all the services.
Good to stay for a day or two… close to the road and a little noisy…

500 pesos for the night…

Report Check-In

3 Nights. 23’ Class A. Nice folks. Good amenities. Purposely stayed here to utilize washer & dryer. ($50 pesos each load on your honor) Expensive to stay for us. $29 Dollars or $551 Pesos a night near entrance. Beachfront more so. Snowbirds already reserved those spots for next year. Great town. Not a great beach. Windy when we were there

Report Check-In

For overlanders, good for a night. Much quieter than La Ventana area. But lots of highway noice.

Report Check-In

50 pesos for dumping.
Saw the price list for 1st-2nd-3rd row and daily-weekly-monthly rates.

Report Check-In

very clean place, didn't stay but dumped for 50 pesos and made my laundry for 2.50$ US. very friendly owner.

Report Check-In

On the beach and bathrooms and showers are very clean. Jorge’, the owner is so friendly and flexible. We really like it here.

Report Check-In

Did not stay, but manager let us dump for 40 pesos. Looked very clean and nice

Report Check-In

Nice clean campground, good space between campers.
Bathroom are clean, however don't turn the hot water on full blast - and you'll have a long hot shower.
Great snorkeling in the rocks just outside the gate to the beach.

Report Check-In

Very nice RV Park for any size RV. Toilets and showers are nice and clean. George the owner is great, speaks English and very helpful. Stayed one night.

We paid 1000 pesos for 4 days....or it was $15/night USD - for this we parked in a "tent" site. No hookups. The place is a little south of town, directly off Mex hwy 1. There's a sign out front. It's right next to the beach. There are "tent" (no hookup) spots in the front...nearer to the road. There are also some hookup sites in this section. After that, there's a larger area of the park where there seem to be many more long term rigs set up. The park is clean and spacious....good for bigger rigs for sure. You can walk from the park directly onto the beach. Yes...there are people riding atvs up and down the beach. I didn't find it excessive...but I'm sure the amount of this traffic can vary. The facilites/buildings are in good repair. The bathrooms are clean and very nice. Hot showers....a small hot water tank means they don't last super long....but a 3-5 minute hot shower is doable from my experience. Two of the wifi connections did not show up for us....but there's a router in a building near the front of the park...has tables and seating. Wifi worked very good there. The main part of town is about one mile away. No complaints. We were here in a small truck camper with solar panels, etc.

After checking out the other RV parks in town we decided to stay here and were really happy with this place. It’s right on the sandy beach, very clean, with a great common area to stay cool out of the sun. We paid 250pesos for 2 people in a van- hook up prices vary depending on site location. Good wi fi and hot showers. Would recommend!
