South Africa
Large campground with ‘bomas’ for each site. Sites have electricity and some have a water tap. Ablutions very clean but only one set which could be busy at peak times. Also they are 100m trek from furthest camp site. Very friendly lady host who only speaks Africans, and has great knowledge of Botswana. Ice and firewood available.

Nice campsite as described before. Paid 150 ZAR pppn. Lots of dogs, but quiet at night. Useful stop on our way to Botsuana
Report Check-InThis place is a gem! We arrived unannounced and the camp attendant was there to welcome us and show us where we can camp. We stayed at campsite “Eland” Lovely shade provided by a tree and our own boma have electricity, water and a fire pit. The ablution was clean and neat. The kitchen well equipped. The owners dogs kept us company. Fernando the owner is a fountain of knowledge and gave us travel tips!

One of my favorite campsites. Friendly and helpful owner; comes around late afternoon to check if everything is OK. Firewood supplied. Ablution is clean and hot water for shower, but it's a solar system, so shower in the afternoon as the water can be lukewarm by morning. ZAR 150 pppn.
Report Check-InVery nice welcome, (especially after being turned away at Camel eco place over the border - camp was full but no help or advice offered)150ZAR PPPN - free firewood, great travel advice available from Fernando, the owner, both Northern cape and Botswana. Sandy site , water and electricity, hot showers and very clean ablutions, even a washing machine.
Report Check-InCampsite with chalets close to the border, with the most amazing hosts who just took over the farm. Extremely helpful when planning your Botswana trip
Report Check-InOnly visitor as the borders were closing due to Corona virus. Pleasant enough stay. Camped but chalets also available. The kitchen facility makes for a pleasant stay; lots of utensils, pots, pans and a fridge etc. Would be marvellous if it was spruced up a bit; showing serious wear & tear.
