Lovely spot to camp and unwind after a week off-road in the desert. Best showers in Africa!! You can drink the boar hole water. No card facilities but there’s an atm in khorax next to ok foods which is a great place to re supply! No atm in Twijfelfontein or Bergsig.

Beautiful location! Camping for 180 N$ pp. You can use the swimming pool. We’ve also taken a braai pack for 150 N$ including a garlic bread.
At sunset you can walk up the big rock were you camp and sit there to enjoy the view. Solar power and warm water with a donkey.
Ps: No card facilities, only cash

Everything has been said, really a pleasant place. Dont miss the Petrfied Forrest on the camp land, 100.- pP. Probably better than the "official" one, which we did not visit.

Un endroit magnifique, calme, où nous passons un moment de rêve en famille. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par le propriétaire qui est très gentil et serviable. De plus le pris est très raisonnable.Nous recommandons vivement !

[The location is right]

Most of the camps are closed due to Covid19. We found this camp which was opened and we were alone this night!
The host was really warm and nice, the swimming pool is a dream with an amazing view, you have wifi at the reception, the camp was really good and clean with our own facilities. We enjoyed the sunset at the top of a little cliff which was perfect!

So happy to have found this little paradise just for us! Go there you won’t be disappointed !!!!

You’d have to be suicidal or stupid to camp under those rock overhangs?!!
I called in to have a look, much of the rock overhangs have already fallen down if you look around the whole rock structure, very irresponsible to put their tents under them, just plain crazy.
Camping area is away from rocks but zero shade and a blazing sun, looked like torture at 3pm.

This isn't the Tsubes Restcamp anymore, but this campsite (Hais Ra) is still up and running and under a new management (Ann and her husband).
We stood there for a night and it was absolutely lovely.
The place is calm, very well managed and the ablutions are a dream. The management, esp. Ann, is very friendly, as well as the employees, which are very helfpul too.
They got 10 campsites and 6 huge (and well equipped) tents for renting.
We just booked a campsite for 2 persons and one car, which was located around a massive rock. Every single place has its own ablution and is apart from each other.
In the night, you're welcome to visit the sunset spot on one of the hills. On top you'll find some seatings to enjoy the undergoing sun. Just Great.

WiFi works, but only at the reception
