Overnight parking is not allowed here. We were awakened by police and told to move.
Report Check-InSlept there a first night. Lot of cars passing by but quieter at night. Went to Kelly’s park during the day and came back for a second night. Around 9pm a cop came telling us we can’t be in the park at night but didn’t ask to leave. He was looking for a 73 years old lady with dementia that ran away in this are and asked us to keep an eye out for her. Maybe that’s why he didn’t ask to leave. Really nice spot why a sunset view. I don’t think the cops bother a lot.
Report Check-InStayed one night here and no one bothered me. The traffic from the intersection picked up around 9 in the morning (on a Tuesday). I parked next to the fence, away from the street light. Waking up in the morning was so wonderful! The Muscovy ducks came right up to my car and were rolling their necks and wagging their tails. Unfortunately, I didn't have anything safe for them to eat. As soon as another car came up, they quickly waddled over to get fed. They made this stay sooo worth it!
Report Check-InCool spot but—right across from a school/intersection and crossing guards park here. Very visible to the road, may have just gotten lucky.
Report Check-InA small local park, with trees, and a few picnic tables next to a lake. It's fairly small, so can really only accommodate small rigs such as vans, truck campers, and the like. It's close to the road, so there's the noise associated with that, but it quiets down overnight. I stayed here a couple of times with no issues from the police, even though in plain sight. Kelly Park is right up the road a little way, with a fantastic spring and run to swim, snorkel and go tubing!
