Description

The trail was closed but there was a few spigots for water. Filled up our 6 gallon jugs. The one Spigot I don’t think you could screw a hose onto but there is another one in the parking area. .

Cones in front of spigots saying "water is not for drinking", so use at own risk I suppose

Report Check-In

Both water spigots had threading and worked very well. The one located in the center also has a drinking fountain so I chose that one to fill my 35 gal tank and water gallons.
A lovely spot in general with a good couple of hikes.
Paid parking if you stay.

Great spot to fill up along the highway. 3 dollars for an hour so we paid it to keep the vibe alive.

water still goes, self registration for the fee so just got water and bailed. Spigot by the trees in the center of the parking area still has threads. the other on the right when you come in does is a little wonky.

I don't know if it was potable, but I used my hose and filed my Rv. It worked very well.

Thanks for the water recommendation! worked well for us to fill our van! water is apparently non-potable but the sign is missing from the spigot in the parking lot, but we have a filter, so trusted it. Fee area but we snuck right past without paying since only there for the water. awesome pressure!

Report Check-In

Water marked as non-potable, went to Sycamore Canyon campground to fill up.

Two water spigots at the trailhead. Nice pressure and clean water.

The water in the parking lot accepts a standard hose and has amazing fill rate. Recommended.

It is in a pay use area.
