Shake loose your dental work on this road. If you have a vehicle which does not have very good suspension, such as a light US-style camper or RV, I'd take another route if you can determine an alternative. It's like a 4-lane wash board at least for the southern moving traffic, beginning about 50K north of Aguas and on through the city as well..
