Peru
This is where you turn left (west) out of Luya towards Karajia to take the southern, not crazy, route. Google Maps wrongly took us way past this point, putting us on the infamous northern route where we got stuck in the mud. And no, it hadn't rained in the last 36 hours. After a long, muddy 90 minutes trying in vain to self-recover, we walked into town and relied on the kindness of strangers. A farmer took the time and effort to bring his tractor down to save our butts. All the townspeople were dumbstruck as to why we went that way in a van. Don't be like us: turn here out of Loya and enjoy the drive.

We did the south with 2wd front rear in dry season. Not to much bumpy, be careful the GPs even Google try to send you to the north road. Really nice place and super nice people.
