Well lit parking spaces. Had no problem staying overnight. Some highway traffic noise

Arrived around 8pm, slept great. Enjoyed free coffee & a nice walk in the morning before heading out.

Ended up here after the stench in the air at the Beaumont Walmart forced us to leave. It smelled so bad in that town that we drove a half an hour to this location to escape the stink. Lots of highway noise if that bothers you but a good spot with a nice little walking trail 24/7 restrooms, and free coffee.

Great spot, free coffee in the morning as well as plenty of free brochures. Washrooms we’re clean and was a quiet night!

Great place for a one night stay. Quiet. Security. Clean bathrooms. Picnic tables and a beautiful view. Just don’t feed the alligators!

I passed through just to run to the bathroom. But they just renovated it so it is really nice. The bathrooms were really clean, the water fountains hear the bathroom were closed but the ones in the visitor center are open. There is a really nice view of a lake out back with a nature trail (but it was closed for repairs). There are a few vending machines for pop and snacks on the lake side. Also there are a few pavillions with picnic tables.
