Now the certificate is $5.000 pesos.
And also you can put a microchip to your cat or dog for almost free in zoonosis: Vito Dumas street, 4 blocks away from the avenue. Ask to the vet and she can give you exact updated information.

The cheapest place in town to get a Health Certificate for your pet. 150 pesos per pet, but he gave us certificates for all 3 of our dogs for 300 pesos.
