Nice and friendly.
Did not camp in my van, wanted to continue on to Phoenix. I did take a shower for five dollars. I bought a pair of earrings in the store.
It was very windy the day I stopped in. There were open RV spaces, prices were very reasonable.

tent camped in the open sand area right by the bathrooms. Paid $7 to camp and $5 key deposit for the bathroom and showers, which were very clean. This is a convenient stop, everything onnthe grounds was super and all the staff were incredibly friendly. Felt pretty safe. only downfall is the noise from the highway and the train which run all Night. would stay again.

Did not stay here but they let us fill up with water for $5, which was great as the Chevron no longer offered water fill up. Small store where you pay has salsa, jerky and honey but not much else. Lady inside was very nice and helpful.

Check in with the staff inside the jerky store but be aware that they close at 7pm. She also locked the bathroom doors at night but gave us a key for a $5 deposit.

EXCEPT FOR THE TRAINS, this place is a total gem in the middle of nowhere. $20/night gets you electricity, water/sewage, and decent Wi-Fi. There’s a gift shop chock full of all sorts of local delicacies (and possibly the world’s largest assortment of beef jerky!)...there’s even a gas station.

It’s clean, easy, friendly, and the Cochise mountains are beautiful... the only downside is you’re wedged between the interstate and the train tracks. Ear plugs didn’t help much - it was like we were inside a space shuttle launch.

If you do stop here - save time to do “The Thing” one stop further west in Willcox.

outstanding staff. Tom is very helpful. very quiet other than the train that goes by but you get used to it quickly. you can refill your propane also. We will stop again.
