Boondocking near Little Hay Creek. From Hwu 26, cross the little bridge over the creek and turn left. The main spot is next to the bridge and the creek. However, if you continue past the site there is another spot under the trees. I suspect there are plenty more further up the road.
On Verizon, I sometimes had enough signal to read articles online, but mostly had none at all.

Nice little creek side spot, open sky for star gazing, shotty service, with fire ring and room for multiple rigs. The road off the first site is muddy and sticky clay at this time of year. Some loud erie birds for the hour or 2 when we first arrived around 730pm.
Report Check-InWe went maybe 50ft down the road from this spot, because it was more private. Large clearing/meadow there. Only downside is that we were woken up by a cow scratching its head on the car at 7am. Had to leave because the cows were so interested in our car.
Report Check-InAwesome campsite right over the bridge on the edge of the creek. No cell service. It looks like there are some kind of brown trout in the creek. Did see a Gardner snake in the taller grass on the shore of the stream. Otherwise absolutely lovely with no one near by.
Report Check-InThis was most excellent. The first spots to the left were taken so a short drive down the gravel road found a nice spot off to the right. Grazing cattle were very nearby in the morning but it was a quiet night.
Report Check-InWe loved it here! Plenty of spots further up but we stayed closer to the main road and still barely heard any passing cars. Next to the creek and gorgeous scenery! Level spot for an RV and easily accessible in 2wd!
