Description
First come, first serve campsites along a forest road. Well spaced out from each other. Nice & quiet and clean. 4G service, picnic table and fire rings at most sites. Watch for fire restrictions. Rules state you must have an adventure pass (available at the ranger station in Idyllwild for $5/ night) or the Interagency National Park Pass is also honored.

The forest road to the campspots is extremely washed out after this winter. Only doable with Jeeps or something similar. We couldn't make with our 4x4 truckcamper due to the big holes. Maybe they repair the road beginning of the highseason
Report Check-In4wd road don't be fooled. It may be graded periodically, but when we went up there road was bad, and steep. Very nice campsites to be had if you can access them. Campfires only permitted in designated forest service sites, per current fire restrictions from San bernardino NF.
