Construction of the library is now complete with a scheduled opening at the end of September 2023. As of today, there aren't any "no overnight parking" signs; however, I am not so sure that won't change. I stayed last night without any interruptions and it was very quiet. Workers arrived in the morning to continue preparing the library for its grand opening.
