Nice spot but mostly all open to the road. There is a totally hidden spot for a small 2p tent just down the bank, beside the river beach on the southern end of the grassy meadow.
Report Check-InGood pitch, access to river, firepit, flat area under tree. Close to road but hardly any traffic.
Report Check-InGreat spot for tents as well. Continue to the tree at the grassy end close to the river. The tree is a nice natural shelter for the rain and it seems previous people had a fire next to it.
Nice views and sunrise over here. Horseflies are intense in late afternoon but leave you alone in the evening.
We didn't camp at the location as it was early in the day, just stopped for lunch but it would be a perfect camping place for tents. it's not too close to the river, there's a big grassy aerea hidden from the road.
There is an old barn there, it was locked when we passed by, it doesn't look like the land it's private property anyway.
