Latest Check-Ins

Open year round, except Dec 20 - Jan 1. Reservations required from May 15 - Sep 15, otherwise first come first serve. All sites in the main campground have electricity and water, with more than half also having sewer. $35 for water/electric, $37 for full hookup, and another $5 per site in the summer months.

Arrived on a mid-October Saturday evening and it was only about a quarter full. Nice place, just maybe try to get a site away from the dump station as the smell there was pretty strong.

Report Check-In

camp hosts at the elk loop were weird, old and lied about people of jumping off the cliffs when they weren’t. also lied to me and told me “they were all booked up except for one nighters” which was weird bc i saw online all the empty spaces and nobody else showed up the time i was there. beautiful lake though. $39 per night for water and electric. 319&320 have a nice view of the lake but there is a fence in front. spaces aren’t level i parked head in and was tilted towards the front by a pretty decent amount .

They offer first come first serve sites if you come day of (assume they sent fully booked with advance reservations). Saved me in a pinch after a long day

Report Check-In

Nice spot at Alder Lake with campground, swimming area, boat ramp, and boat dock. We stayed at Rocky Point campground which is also a Tacoma Power site just down the road. Reservations online or at the booth, but booth is not always manned. This will have minimal road noise because it is back away from the road quite a bit, where Rocky Point is right on the road. We used the RV dump here on the way out of Rocky Point. Both campgrounds are very clean and well maintained.

Report Check-In

Sites $27-$42 per night. Advance reservations available online. Campground was about 30% full mid-week in July. Lots of families with kids, and some associated noise. No privacy between sites.
