Latest Check-Ins

As previously described, large lot to park our truck camper along the edge after getting diesel. It got quiet around 11 pm, didn't wake up from truck noise at all. Slow Verizon signal but happy to have it! Nice visitor center across the road but it closes for the season on 9-16 I think.

Fuel, food and safe free camping near the Arctic Circle. Can you ask for more?

Stopped here for gas which was $7.50 usd! Looked like a decent buffet for dinner which was $27.99 each. The parking lot was badly rutted and muddy. The bar was laughable but I guess when you are the only show in town....

6.90 gas here, 8.09 up in deadhorse. get more here if you can.

We were looking for a place in or near Coldfoot to refuel and spend the night. We're self-contained in our 25 foot MH. Coldfoot Camp is a truck stop with fuel, an all you can eat buffet and a huge, flat gravel parking parking lot where overnight stays are ok. Trucks are in and out overnight, so there is some road noise. It's half way from Fox to Deadhorse, making it a convenient stop heading north and south. There was usable ATT cell coverage while on CGI. The Arctic Interagency Visitor Center across the highway is worth a visit.

Nice camping spot near pond opposite the restaurant. Free camping. All you can eat buffet.
