Description
It seems a good place to spend the night, despite being a bit noisy during the day. We fill our water bottles on a tap on the entrance side of the bathrooms. The bathrooms were a bit dirty but usable. The shower (no shower in Jan 2023) was not working, because according to the employees, the pump is defective. It has hot water if it is for a cup of coffee is free, but to fill a thermos bottle would charge 50 ARS. Ample parking space, despite having a little mud and with unevenness.

Parece um bom lugar para passar a noite, apesar de ser um pouco barulhento durante o dia. Enchemos nossas garrafas de água em uma torneira do lado da entrada dos banheiros. Os banheiros estavam um pouco sujos, mas usáveis. A ducha não estava funcionando, pois de acordo com os funcionários, a bomba está com defeito. Tem água quente, se for para uma xícara de café é grátis, mas para encher uma garrafa térmica cobrariam 50 ARS. Espaço amplo de estacionamento, apesar de ter um pouco de lama e com desníveis.

Passamos a noite no posto e foi tranquilo. Tomamos banho quente a 50 pesos por pessoa, muito bom. os banheiros são bem limpos. Tem uma loja de conveniências boa, sem muitas opções. O atendimento dos funcionários é excelente e o rapaz da loja é muito simpático. O sinal de wi-fi é bom. Bom lugar pra passar a noite.

Showers are better at the YPF higher in the city.

I just took a shower for 30 pesos. Not to clean, and privacy in the shower. Snacks store with wifi

Internet fast for Ushuaia -- we stayed here almost a week exploring in & around Ushuia and then sleeping here, streaming movies, taking showers every day -- staff extremely friendly and didn't mind at all!! Of course doesn't compare to a beautiful campsite by a lake etc. but in winter where the roads here are a nightmare with ice & snow....the YPF became pur new home away from home for a while!! LOL

Report Check-InStayed one night here, much better than downtown parking lots. Still some truck noise, but not too bad. Wifi worked really good in the afternoon and very bad next morning.
