Very easy to miss! Right at the entry to the dump station, it’s a tiny spigot on the right side ( there were cones there when we did our fill-up!) The ranger was very helpful to us! if you’re unable to find it, ranger could direct you!

Still free, just heads up that it's one dump for the whole campground so there might be a line.
There is potable water here to fill your tanks, but it's BEFORE the dump on the right, just as you're entering the dump loop.
