We asked a ranger if we could stay here for the night. This was not allowed they said. On the other side of the road is a camping where you can stay for 5000pp.
Report Check-InWe asked the rangers if we could stay for the night and they said no. Maybe still possible if you don't ask and arrive late.
Report Check-InIt is a nice place...free toilets.. Good start to start a hikes. We planned to stay but in the last minute we decided that we will go trough the border in Argentina. Possible to park up to 5 vehicles not to big.
Report Check-InSmall parking area in front of a storage building right next to mirador and waterfall hike. We arrived around 4PM and did both short waterfall hikes on this side of the highway. Day use visitors were frequent, all quiet by 9:30PM. It was nice falling asleep listening to the waterfall, very tranquil night. Another small rig arrived in the night, we didn’t hear them, so two us stayed without issue. We also hiked to all three waterfalls on the other side of the highway. There was a printed sign stating adults were 1,000CP but no one was there to collect fees, it was a Sunday. All waterfall hikes were fairly easy and nice. Very clean bathrooms!
Report Check-Inquiet with facilities, perfect for a stop and a little walk on the trail in off-season nobody not view a guardaparque !
Report Check-InGreat spot very quiet, very close to the bathroom that we had just for ourselves
Could even wash the dish in the bathroom
Spent one night
Good spot to park and sleep before/after the border, arrived late and left very early so didn't see anyone. Clean toilets and water next to the car park
Report Check-InWe spend the night here near the beginning of the trails. One lead to the waterfall and the other one lead to a mirador. Water, really quiet. Very nice ranger :)
Report Check-InFree Car park of the national park on the left hand side coming from argentina. (The car park on the over side of the road near the hosteria charge 1000 per night per person). Request permission to the guardiaparques to spent the night. Water available and certainly toilets as well. Very quiet at night. Several hikes to falls.
Report Check-InParking at the beginning of the trails.
Far from the road. Very quiet.
We asked the Rangers the authorization to sleep there after our late border crossing.
Water available. Electricity could be possible.
