Description

360 panoramic views on the top of the hill. 5 miles or so from the Goblin Valley visitor center, up a short gravel road. We checked out a couple other spots and this one took the cake. We were here on a Saturday and had the spot all to ourselves!

Great place, easy access. Actual pullouts off the road with fire rings. We had to go to the 4th spot. Open, 360 view. Cows in the area. Clean, dark, quiet. Verizon 2 bars.

Beautiful panorama. Could get windy, no protection. Beautiful sunrise/sunset

Gorgeous!! I loved this better than being at the base of Goblin Valley.
No issues in a 20’ Sprinter. Did not need to engage 4x4 to get to the first campsite.
Fire ring still here. Stunning sunset!
2 Bars Verizon LTE

great spot to hang out for the night. arrived at 6p. had the whole spot to myself. could several arrangements with multiple vehicles. 2 fire rings. great views. adequate cell service on Verizon for text/call/internet. saw a few cars driving through but none ventured off the main rd to the site.

From the small parking space on top of this hill there is a gravel road which keeps going for a bit. There are 2 bigger and a smaller camping spot along this gravel road, after the last spot (smallest) the road does keep on going but you need higher clearance; could be more spots but didn’t dare to check it out. The bigger spots can accommodate bigger rigs/vans or small trailers, are fairly level and have a makeshift fire pit. Can’t beat the views all around, no road noise and easy to get too!

Stayed here and it was great. Totally alone on the hill. Most remote place I have stayed. Got very dark and was very windy. Had 1-2 bar of AT&T and Verizon, pretty good. The whole road up the hill is dirt and made it up easily in a 2wd Honda Civic.

Easy access to all sized vehicles. We were the only ones here and we have excellent 5G service with ATT. We’re near Goblin Valley state park which looks pretty cool.

loving the view. ATT signal is not great. 3 bars but difficult to send text. Breezy. I feel like king of the hill.

Like the other comments, beautiful 360 views, decent size parking lot but it was full with a huge group, so I just pulled past them down the dirt road and made my own spot on the rough desert. Had a cell signal up there!

Flat and beautiful. Had it all to ourselves most of the time. Some local came by with his dog. And a crew of cars came, seemed to be photographers looking to get a good shot, they left quickly after.

The space is a circle marked by stones, so privacy is none if two or three cars were here. Kind of windy, no trees or rocks for protection.

You can hear and see cars on the road, it isn’t far from the road but it was so rarely traveled during our stay. So mainly quiet.

No facilities. Good ATT service. Amazing views.
