Ok, so I'm not sure it's a true ghost town but nearly all the buildings are abandoned. There are a few spaces to camp just south of the railway. It's a beautiful place and had two abandoned churches. Nice for a night.

Not a ghost town. Two vehicles were at the mailboxes and dumpsters on the other side of the tracks. One came over to let us know he owned the land we were on and that a few other people live in town. He let us stay here because it was late but would prefer people stop camping here.

Not a ghost in sight! LOL Beautiful location, can hear a few cows and the train only came by once overnight. Wonderful to wake up to the smell of wildflowers and birdsong. Make sure to do a tick check!

Small building that is abounded, stoped to cook supper at :), could probably spend the night here somewhere.

i forgot my photos so I'm going to add some more comments... there's lots of room here and it's easy to get to without a 4x4...

I have 1/2 signal at LTE speed on my phone.

Not quite a ghost town... yes there are some abandoned buildings... including at least one church that I've seen. However, There is a community centre here with electricity and I hear an HVAC unit running very quietly... I wouldn't be surprised if there was still an occasional dance or wedding here...

I'm here in September, the trucks are hauling grain... about 1 every 1/2 hour or so... it's not bothersome...

it is a really nice spot.. no facilities and I wouldn't make a campfire here but there's little risk of animals and there are two street lights that cast just enough light to walk around by.

I'd come back here... super quiet... even with the trucks going...
