Burlington waterfront parking lot across the street from the skinny pancake in downtown Burlington. during the day you must pay to park from about 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. but otherwise it does not say parking enforced and it doesn't say no overnight parking anywhere. I spent two nights here in a small camper van with no problems at all but I did pay to park in the lot during the day not to raise any red flags. The parking lot has bathrooms that are open during the day and it puts you right on the waterfront in Burlington!! excellent LTE service in this parking lot.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
Stayed overnight, no issues. There are no signs for this specific lot that say no overnight parking. We parked during the day and paid until 8 when no enforced, stayed over and then paid at 7am again for a few hours. Pretty quiet for a Friday night. Felt safe. Would only work for car or van camping. We have a 22ft van and fit into a spot easily.
Report Check-InWe stayed at the other end of the waterfront (near the skate park) and it was perfect. Absolutely nobody bothered us and we felt very safe! This is metered day parking (you pay with a machine) and no signs that say you can’t stay overnight. We didn’t venture too far from our van during the day so didn’t even pay while we were parked there during the day, and not one meter maid came by. We loved it here so much we stayed two nights. Right by the water with a beautiful sunset!
Report Check-InPretty noisy until after 11 and then a bunch of motorcycles came through around 1:30 and were yelling and quite loud. If you can catch this place on a quiet night it’s worth staying here though. Spectacular sunset!
Report Check-InThis spot was perfect for my little van! I arrived around 8 as to not have to pay for parking & then walked around the waterfront. The lot was a bit noisy until like 9/10 but nothing terrible. It was well lit & I felt safe. Would stay again!
