This place is a peaceful spot amidst the chaos of La Paz. I love the big, comfortable bed with a white, fluffy down comforter on top. The room is all white, spacious, large window, and wall-to-wall carpet on the floor is a rare treat. The common area and outside spaces are inviting and comfortable. Everything is clean and the staff is very friendly. Our experience is more like the first review. Paid $23 ($26 with tax) through booking.com for matrimonial with shared bathroom.

Do not stay here. expensive, filthy carpets, average wifi, rude host who changed check out time by an hour the morning we were leaving (literally interrupted breakfast) to tell us to leave an hour earlier despite quoting a different time yesterday. below average breakfast and just generally a crappy vibe all around. also, anyone with above average clearance won't be able to park in their private parking. avoid this place, not sure how they ever got a positive review.

Booked the suite through agoda.com (cheaper than booking.com in this case) and hate to admit that we were quite disappointed with the room, although we are easily pleased normally. Merely because the description of the room wasn't correct. No bath, the terrace was being used for other purposes and a lot of other mentioned facilities weren't there either. it's basically just a room with TV, sink and fridge and adjecent shower and toilet. Bathroom wasn't clean, carpet on the floor in the room was dirty, not to mention the mess we found when looking under the bed. WLAN in the room so-so. Breakfast on the other hand was outstanding and the family really very friendly and welcoming. Parking for cars up to 2.30m high on site (max 2). All in all a convenient place to stay but for us it wasn't worth the money. Might be different if you take one of the rooms with shared bathroom (cheaper!).

Cannot recommend this place highly enough. Lovely bright common areas, modern but comfortable rooms, clean kitchens and bathrooms. The outdoor areas are even nicely landscaped. Quiet neighborhood. Great place to relax or get work done. Wifi is fast as long as everyone isn't on it, but even then it still works well enough. The owners and staff are extremely welcoming, nice and very helpful. Breakfast (included) is delicious: fried egg, toast, coffee/tea, fresh juice and fresh fruit salad.You could park a low clearance truck/van or 4 motorcycles in their on-site parking area. 5 minute walk to park and nearby restaurants and shops. 30-40 minute walk to the touristy area or 15-18 Bol taxi (they will gladly call one for you). Definitely book ahead (bookings.com) as they have great ratings and a great reputation (we're here in the rainy season and they've been fully booked every night).
