Report Check-InAs mentioned by others, reservations are easily made trough the website. Early arrival or late departure is not possible (also not when the site is completely empty...). And you cannot leave your car for a few hours at the vast parking lot too. There's no public transport nearby and Uber taxis are very scarce in Québec. Best option is to drive downtown and park your RV at the Harbor (for example). Very quiet at night and nice place to rest between your visits to downtown Québec. No wifi, but toilets en warm(ish) showers.
