Large gravel pit about 2 km off the highway. No noise from highway. No bugs and level sight. View of mountains. Not special but very convenient and easy. Take right before « rivendale » sign.
Perfect free campsite , quiet and no garbage when we slept there. I really recommend this spot. The view on the mountains is beautiful and we heard only a single vehicule in the morning. We kinda hear the highway from afar but it’s really quiet. Take the dirt road until you see a « rivendale » sign and turn right right before the sign.
Report Check-InI LOVED this spot! Yes, it’s just a large gravel area but with arriving at dusk and with a plan to hike at sunrise, this was truly the most perfect area. So quiet & gorgeous views.
Report Check-InRealy nice spot if you want to grab a early hike in the Glacier N.P
Has decent view infinite room to bring as much buds as desired.
Access road is mainly paved and in good condition!
Cheers
