On the north west end of the barrier lake just off the main road 939. Dirt road (sandy, muddy when wet) with a few branches in the way leads to a small covered lot. A few yards further you have access to the lake for a swim.

I think this place is no longer accessible, its place been taken by the observation tower. You could probably camp on the grass near the tower, but no longer legally drive down. Also in the parking lot you could park a camper van.
