Something not right?

Description

NO GO PLACE .Van broke down in the streets in front of this auto repair shop (lucky day?! yes but no). It appears it was the electric system. After running the tests, the diagnosed a bad home battery, 435$ later, we left, with peace of mind. When we tried to turn on power, in the "home part", nothing worked. They didn't plug the home battery properly (they forgot 1/3wire). Problem came back and the car broke down again, in the traffic. Had to wait 4 days in a parking lot since it's Holidays. Yeah. After many headaches and YouTube videos, we realised the problem was the isolator (which was checked at the garage, and was perfectly working, according to them). The next opened morning we came back, explaining the situation. That's getting fun : they accused us to had unplug the battery on purpose (while THEY forgot to plug 1/3 wire), I asked them to run tests on different parts of the electric system, appeared that they don't know what an isolator is and what is the utility).
I requested to get my old battery back, they asked 20$. I refused. At one point, Steve the boss, laughed at my boyfriend's accent, that was too much, if you don't respect your customers, I'll play your game. We had an argument, and left with the old battery (for free) which is still in good condition (we did put it back and it works perfectly).
When you read the Google reviews of this shop, you see It's not an unusual way they treat customers. if you can, pass your way.

⚠️ NO GO! ⚠️

Also had a horrid experience here. Had new issues after picking up after inspection & repairs. Turned out they had forgotten something, which caused the new issue. Then the next day the upper ball joint severed completely while in a parking lot. Luckily I wasn't travelling at high speed. Had it towed to Gord's and had many disputes with Steve. Will never go back here.
