Something not right?

Description

This street is close to a few parks and ocean overlooks. Not really flat at all, but this is the best spot in the area that does not have overnight parking restrictions. One side is the backside of a park, the other side of the street is residential. No one bothered us for a few nights. Other campers nearby that looked a bit more long term.

Latest Check-Ins

A ways from the highway. The actual park is quite crowded and has signs explicitly prohibiting overnight parking. As described, the street parking is back up the hill. Not ideal.

Report Check-In

Vibes were a little sketchy. Didn’t feel super safe, and then also had literally NO cell coverage..? So I left.

Report Check-In

Pretty quiet after sunset. The nearby park is large with bathrooms and a couple historical sights to see. The parking is at a slight grade, minimum, and increases the farther up you park.

Report Check-In

This is a good place to sleep for a few nights. Close to the restroom and the ocean, you can watch sunset & sunrise, and it is next to a park

Report Check-In

nice quiet on street parking. lights aren’t too bright, minimal traffic. there’s a lot at the end of the street, not sure if you’d be bothered by security there or not. i arrived around 11 and left at 7, no issues. even let my windows get nice n foggy to see if anyone would knock on my window, not a peep. tbf, i am in a normal car, may be different for vans/RVs/skoolies, but i saw several RVs and vans on my way here and in the area so definitely worth a shot!! happy camping!!

Report Check-In

not flat, a field with a fence on the side, no signs, streetparking is fine, not loud at night, only a few cars passing
