Latest Check-Ins

Large park with playfields, trails, a playground, and gathering facilities and “barn”. The park also has an RV, tent, yurt and shelter campground. The campground is bisected by the Snoqualmie River. Yurts and shelters are on the west side of the river and are walk in from the parking lot at the RV camping loop over a pedestrian suspension bridge. Serviced RV sites are water and power only, but have up to 50 amp service. There is no dump station on site, but a privately owned one nearby that charges a fee. RV campsites are all arc pull-thrus, some arcs are very sharp and short and others are more generous: beware. Site size varies, but all have excellent privacy, lots of vegetation separating sites, and nice quality fire rings and picnic tables. Water is high pressure and good quality, but power does sag a bit when it is heavily used. My power monitor indicated that there was no ground in my service. One restroom/shower house in the center of the RV camping loop. Not particularly luxurious. Stainless steel urinals, toilets and sinks. One shower stall. All stall dividers no higher than standing eye height, so not particularly private. Cleanliness was only average. All bookings had to be done ahead of the visit and through King County Parks web site or by phone. $35/night. Noticed many reserved sites with no occupants, but a standing reservation. It’s a shame they would not cancel and let others get their reservation.

This place won’t allow you to stay without 10 day advance online reservations. May change after Covid but the host sent us on our way even though multiple sites were open. Won’t come back.
