This place does in fact exist, and it's also in the middle of a residential area. I was able to book a spot for the night on Hipcamp, at $10/night for RV parking with no hookups. I think hookups are like $20.
It's a weird kind of hybrid RV park / personal property filled with long term RVs. Anyway, convenient location and good for an overnight.

Either the coordinates for this place is wrong or the place does not exist. The GPS takes you to the middle of a residential place there are nothing but houses. No place to camp.
