loud hwy, stinky creek, wouldn't stay again

Yup. Exactly as the previous review states. It looks like it used to be a very nice campground. 7 "sites" with electrical hookups that no longer work, no potable water, locked restrooms. The creek makes a nice "white noise" to sleep by, but it looks murky and poluted and smells like cow manure. There is one other camper here in a pull-behind. I'm in a Roadtrek Van. Easy access. I'm fully self-contained with solar, so I just need a spot to stay and this is an upgrade from a Walmart, Cracker Barrel , or truck stop.

Great place except the bathrooms were locked and the one open bathroom was nasty!

Great overnight spot. Not services. Some people had set up tents couple cars with trailers. Nice picnic tables and some charcoal grills

The other camping trails by the bridge in twin falls were all frozen and snowed over, but luckily this place was still plowed and was free to stay. This is a good spot if you’re here in winter with only 2wd. Internet was spotty at times but pretty manageable on Verizon

Consider this place ONLY if all else has failed. Flies galore. No toilets. No water. Nothing. Just a space to pull into and stay the night. I don’t know what pit toilets cleaning has to do with COVID. Or putting locks on water spigots avoids COVID. But there is nothing here but a space. It’s next to the highway so you are exposed to the noise. All in all, a 2 star out of 5. The 2 stars are for the fact that it’s free!

Nice rest area. Off of the highway so kind of noisy. Also it says that no semis are allowed but there was a loud one. Free. Just for camping.

OK for a night if you need cell service and to be close to town, but otherwise pretty meh. It no longer has bathrooms or power sites so it's basically just an overnight parking lot with grass and covered picnic tables. There's some kind of box near the creek that makes a high-pitched sound all night, traffic nearby and some train noise.

And the water - and thus the park - reeks of cow poop.

I wanted to like this spot. When functioning, (bathrooms and water were not available due to covid) I'm sure this place is great. It was quiet when I was there, and it looked cute. A ton of picnic tables and grassy areas to let a dog or kids play. There was a small bustling creek that ran through it. The thing that made me leave was the flies. I'm also usually not picky about bugs, but they were BAD! Maybe it was just a bad time to go, but I ended up going to a rest area down the street. Great potential, though!

This was a great spot! We pulled in at 10:00pm and found many spots. We had cell service and felt very safe. It was a quite park with slight car noise from the 30 highway. The only negative was that the bathrooms were locked

Sign on highway 30 advertises a rest stop (both direction). As you enter the rest stop, there is a sign saying it is a Cedar Draw Park. This campground has about 8 electric hookup campsites ($7/night usually, free during covid), two vault toilets for many
tent campers, and plenty of free curbside spots for campers and RV's. Front sign states "Overnight camping only" and "No semi trucks."
