Christopher +260 779 509257. Owner, private place. He is the owner and allows camping. Very nice, no facilities. The best we can get in Samfya. Next to the water.

Report Check-InNo sign but GPS is accurate. Beach front space. I’m not sure if or when this will be a guest house-The buildings are derelict. No shower but apparently a toilet-we didn’t venture to see it. Uneven ground but beautiful beach front location. Clean area. Nice lodge walking distance for food and cold drinks. Vehicle arrived at 9.30pm and left an hour later with loud noises surrounding this. Random man shouting at the tents at 10pm-we remained quiet and didn’t respond. Lovely family but 100kw pppn is steep.

Very nice place next to the lake. Very quiet and secure. Christopher give us a warm welcome. After a long drive we are happy to reach this place. Much Moskitos at this time but if you are prepared no problem. We recommend this place. KW 10 pppn
Report Check-InBeautiful beach, sloping ground, we could use one of the guest rooms toilet, very basic. 100,- Kwacha pppn is a little bit much (1 year ago it was 50,-)
Report Check-InChristopher is an adorable host :-) We camped in his property which is right to a private and lovely beach.
No facilites, he apparently also rent rooms. We paid 100kwacha / person.
Highly recommended, Very quiet place.
Really lovely place direkt on the lake.
Christopher is very friendly and helpful. We used the toilets at the rooms but no running water. A lot flies around this time. For an stopover absolutely ok.
By far the best place to stay in town. Really great place to stay.

Very nice grassy place close to the beach with shade. Clear lake water, looks like an ocean. Christopher are very friendly and helpful. He start for maintenance 3 cottages with 6 rooms but slowly going on. He ask for 50 KW pppn.

Report Check-InVery nice patch next to the lake. No facilities, but there is a resort next door with nice bar and reasonable restaurant (walking distance). Its through the green gate at end of the road. We got our ten ton truck in, but a bit of a squeeze. We paid 50Kw pppn in rainy season.
