Description

Large parking lot with many flat spots - solid as far as rest stops go. No "no overnight parking" signs. pet relief area on car side. we stayed 1 night en route to Chicago. can hear the road noises so bring ear plugs!

good Verizon LTE and welcome center has free (but slowish) wifi.

service plaza has dairy queen, Panera, and pizza spot as well, including a 7-eleven.

Latest Check-Ins

Laundry is now $2 for wash and $2 to dry. Soap available to purchase. Only 2 sets of washer/dryer. Showers are still free and were able to get piping hot. I inadvertently arrived via googles directions with “avoid toll roads” and it led me to an employee and customer parking lot that has only a walking pass thru to the facility but does not allow vehicle access. This place is otherwise along a toll highway

Report Check-In

Nice travel Plaza, but no water fill up available

Report Check-In

This place is actually very nice as turnpike rest areas go. It has a lot of truckstop amenities like showers and laundry facilities. Kudos to Ohio for such a nice facility.

Report Check-In

Stayed here 1 night in our van while driving east. Like others have mentioned, the rest stop has a Panera, DQ, and 7/11. Very large truck parking lot but since we have a short van we parked in the regular parking lot. Slept well and felt safe. Note that some rest stops on the Ohio turnpike so have specific RV parking but this one does not. However another RV/travel trailer was in the car lot with me overnight and just took up a few spaces and it seemed fine.

Spot does it’s job in a pinch. I’d say one of the louder rest stops we’ve slept at.
