Sent a WhatsApp message and never heard back. looked thru the gate and saw some old vehicles parked in the lot. not sure if this is still an option to camp.

Rodolfo has a quiet and secure place for an overnight stay between his house and his fields. But there is no water and no sewage. He charged us 80 Pesos, which
is ok. To get there is not easy: Narrow streets in the historie town.

Quiet and modest flat spot at Rodolfo’s just outside of the central area. Surrounded by farm fields and mountains. There are two access points to the property so confirm with Rodolfo on WhatsApp before driving through the very narrow streets near his property. Requires Jedi skills to squeeze a full sized van down the streets

Perfect place for a city break for 50 pesos. no benefit. quiet day and night. Nothing fancy but secure. Please note that access to the gate is not easy for long and low vehicles.

Spend 3 nights here, it was very safe and very close to the center. It’s still 50 pesos a night.
Rudolfo and his neighbour are very friendly ! There are lots of nice dogs too.
Unfortunately, we couldn’t refill our water tank as he has only a small tank. And there is no dump station.
Telcel reception is strange, it’s from 2 bars of 3G to 1 bar of 4G (not very good for digital nomads)

2 nights in Rodolpho garden. 50pesos per night. very safe place we let our truck here during the day and walk to city center. call or text before arrived. there is 2 diferents entrances on the site. we use the iron door number 3 to go in but there is no bells on it. there is one on the other corner.

Bon endroit pour découvrir San Cristobal. Très safe. 15mn à pied du centre historique. Édouardo et Rodolfo sont très accueillants et très sympathiques. L’endroit est facile d’accès. Possibilité de prendre de l’eau. 50 pesos par jour.

Eduardo and Rodulfo own land here and offer camping for campers or vans. Rodulfo has black water dump (sewage) and water hook up close to his house. No electricity hook up so better if you have solar.
