great place, silent, to reach it, there are gravel rouds down to the place about 500 meters before/ after the spot.

Report Check-In

Great place to camp! Arrived by bike with no problems. Not so good for windy days.

Report Check-In

Don't go down with an 2wd car. The northern entry is almost completely sandy. The southern entry is good but it's hard to turn. We didn't get stuck but we were just lucky and experienced how to drive a 2wd car in the sand. Going directly to the river is not possible for 2wd. We parked on the street that is connecting both entrys. Nice place with a lot of stars and not be seen from the ruta 40 anyway.

Report Check-In

Good place to spend the night. No shade or shelter from wind. Water from river is very murky, we used it just for washing dishes. Locals told us it's because of deice season.
Can access through ramp 500m south or north. OK for bicycles, but check before entering with 2WD.

Beautiful spot. Do NOT go here with strong winds. Not to many shelter.

Wow, beautifull & quiet spot, stayed 2 nights! We checked several spots in the area, this is in our opinion the best one. We met the gaucho who lives nearby, he didn't bother us camping here.

Report Check-In

The road down here is pretty sandy, check before entering with your 2wd.

Report Check-In

great spot indeed!
ruta 40 is mostly obscured behind a wall and there is not much traffic anyway. we were only disturbed by a lonely gaucho who was watering his horse near us!
its mostly pebble beach, but you might find 1 or 2 places to pitch a small tent (check the island in the river)
firewood is not abundant...

Report Check-In

Great spot. We loved it here.
