Several areas you can pull off in this area with two large staging areas, one on each side of the road, at the marker. Gravel road with potholes. We stayed here on December 25 2020 and were woken up at 11pm to two ATVs doing donuts beside our van and spraying us with mud and gravel. We left right away after that and have been hesitant to come back.

We tried again last night as we were just passing through. Another van was parked there and we had a very quiet night. Very little traffic drove by in the early evening and nothing overnight.

Great spot but knowing how the island feels about van life I would proceed with caution and expect a lot of noise in the riding season

Report Check-In

Lots of room to stay but also a big staging are for everyone who dirt bikes here. You’re parking right by their trail entrances, so expect a few looks. We ate our lunch in the wrong spot for sure and had some major glares, a lot of them stay as late as they can and we had some park in front of our van so we got stuck in lol. Stayed only a night and left early as people were showing up at 8am with trailers and their bikes.

Report Check-In

Multiple pull offs with fire pits along the road. Smooth gravel road and level enough spots. No problem fitting our 46ft combined length. One other van camper otherwise we had the place to ourselves. Quiet, no traffic noise. Only heard one ATV in the evening. Would stay again if in the area.

Report Check-In

Several pullouts, quite level. Beside gravel road, so dusty.

Report Check-In

It’s a good spot for one or a few nights. It’s next to a dusty road. If someone is driving it gets really dusty. But most people are really nice and drive slowly. We had a lot of wasps at our spot. Very quite at night.

Report Check-In

Still a good spot to spend the night. Noisy until after dark because the locals are out on ATVs. It's easy to get to, lots of space for whatever size rig. a few fire pits and a reasonable amount of privacy. No complaints for free camping.

Report Check-In

Fine for any size rig but not a place you would want to spend a night unless you happened to come across some good company to have a camp fire with. Nothing nice about it to be honest but good for a night if your desperate.
Looks like a well established Motocross/atv trail park which would be awesome if you have one

Report Check-In

Stayed here 2 nights. Like others mentioned, there are fire pits, other people parked or camp here as well. You are also still in a cell reception area if you want to use your phono. A few vehicles go up and down the road once in awhile. Some mornings you might be woken up my an old “Quebec” snow plowing truck that regravels the road.
If you need a bathroom Little Qualicum Falls Provincal Park opens at 8am and closes at 11pm if you need to use them. It's about an 8 min drive for running water bathrooms.

Report Check-In

Stayed here for one night, bikes and ATVs driving around til about 8pm and then quiet til about 9am. Gravel road, bit dusty (as expected) but good to crash for a night

Report Check-In

Quite a few ATVs and trail bikes during the day but was a quiet night.

Report Check-In

Report Check-In

Nice and quiet place. Nice forest at the back with a motorbike trails. The place is flat and nice with some garbage. Please don’t dump here ! Try to leave it the same or cleaner :)

In this place the sound travel quite well, even if your not parked or camp next to each other. Be mindful of others :)

Report Check-In

Good enough for one night. A few other people were sleeping here too. Not too noisy

Report Check-In

Nice quiet spot, not much of a view from the site we picked but theres good cell signal and not many other vehicles. Relatively easy access compared to some of the other logging roads we've taken

Spent the night here on a Saturday in February, lots of room but also lots of mess. Looks like it’s a bit of a party place, but it’s good for a night
