Free camping, no toilets or facilities. Quiet area with ATV & dirt bike trails which were a little noisy in the AM (Sunday morning). Multiple spots with fire pits. Big rig friendly.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
Multiple pull offs with fire pits along the road. Smooth gravel road and level enough spots. No problem fitting our 46ft combined length. One other van camper otherwise we had the place to ourselves. Quiet, no traffic noise. Only heard one ATV in the evening. Would stay again if in the area.
Report Check-InIt’s a good spot for one or a few nights. It’s next to a dusty road. If someone is driving it gets really dusty. But most people are really nice and drive slowly. We had a lot of wasps at our spot. Very quite at night.
Report Check-InStill a good spot to spend the night. Noisy until after dark because the locals are out on ATVs. It's easy to get to, lots of space for whatever size rig. a few fire pits and a reasonable amount of privacy. No complaints for free camping.
Report Check-InFine for any size rig but not a place you would want to spend a night unless you happened to come across some good company to have a camp fire with. Nothing nice about it to be honest but good for a night if your desperate.
Looks like a well established Motocross/atv trail park which would be awesome if you have one
Stayed here 2 nights. Like others mentioned, there are fire pits, other people parked or camp here as well. You are also still in a cell reception area if you want to use your phono. A few vehicles go up and down the road once in awhile. Some mornings you might be woken up my an old “Quebec” snow plowing truck that regravels the road.
If you need a bathroom Little Qualicum Falls Provincal Park opens at 8am and closes at 11pm if you need to use them. It's about an 8 min drive for running water bathrooms.
Stayed here for one night, bikes and ATVs driving around til about 8pm and then quiet til about 9am. Gravel road, bit dusty (as expected) but good to crash for a night
Report Check-InGreat spot during the week. We are on our own for the night. Nothing fancy but good for e few nights.
Report Check-InNice and quiet place. Nice forest at the back with a motorbike trails. The place is flat and nice with some garbage. Please don’t dump here ! Try to leave it the same or cleaner :)
In this place the sound travel quite well, even if your not parked or camp next to each other. Be mindful of others :)
Report Check-InGood enough for one night. A few other people were sleeping here too. Not too noisy
Report Check-InNice quiet spot, not much of a view from the site we picked but theres good cell signal and not many other vehicles. Relatively easy access compared to some of the other logging roads we've taken
Report Check-Ingreat spot! easy to pull up and park for the night. Was quiet and clean where we parked. had no issues.
Report Check-InSpent the night here on a Saturday in February, lots of room but also lots of mess. Looks like it’s a bit of a party place, but it’s good for a night
Report Check-InDecent free spot. Nothing really around. Decent cell signal. 30’ and 38’ class A’s fit no issues.
