Cul-de-Sac | Wild Camping

We stayed here one night, very nice and quiet place indeed.
Around 9pm we got a visit from the police, they just wanted to identify us, they told us that usually people stay at a different spot but it was fine for us to stay here.
According to the parking information, paid parking from 10am - 4,80brl per hour. At the time we been there, the person collecting the money left at 5pm.

Quiet and nice place to stay. There are bathrooms that are down by the beach that were open 24/7 when I was there. Parking down by the beach doesn't seem possible anymore. It was blocked off when I arrived and has the spots reserved for elderly/handicapped people. All the other parking closer to the beach also charges 4.80 $R per hour. I got there late and left somewhat early so not sure if the parking people would come all the way to the end of the cul de sac to charge. From the beach there's a nice hike to a gruta (approx. 600 m) and from there you can continue all the way to Praia Brava (approx. 700 m more) and from there to Praia Olho de Boi, which is the nudist beach. I left from the parking lot around 6:15 a.m. and got to Olho de Boi around 7:00. There was a nice sunrise view from there. See photos for spot and sun view from the hill over Olho de Boi.

Very nice place to stay if you visit this area with a big rig. Enough space, sea view and very quiet and out of sight. Walking distance to town, shops, restaurants and beaches.

quiet location at the end of a cul-de-sac ... no facilities!
local tranquilo no final de uma rua sem saída... sem facilidades!
