Permanently Closed. Area is gated-off in cold and warm seasons. It was gated in mid-July, mid-day. An electronic keycard is needed to enter the parking lot.

Water tap easily accessible next to parking lot. Located on railing post on ramp down to waterfront trail. (4 ramps from parking lot to waterfront, this was ramp closest to building, see pin on attached pic). The water is only available seasonally. the area is gated off from November to April.
