Jorge the owner is so nice & friendly. He has cabins & lots of flat space for overlanding vehicles to camp. Flat parking in sun & some shade under trees. Big palapa with electric, books, hammocks & table. Nice to hang out & play games or relax. Flush toilets, showers & sinks to wash dishes. Big communal kitchen with 2 refrigerators! All this next to Bahia Rincon for $10 usd per person. Worth it-we loved it here.

We spent three nights here and slept in our roof-top tent. Days were hot but night temperatures pretty good for sleeping. The area is very pretty and peaceful. We saw many ara parrots! Lots of other birds as well. Facilities are good: basic toilets and showers, outdoor kitchen and a big shelter with chairs and hammocks. Wifi works best at the shelter. We parked close to the water and took electricity from the kitchen building. The owner Jorge is very kind.

What a great spot. Quiet location on the Gulf. Great outdoor kitchen with fridge (rare in our camping experiences so far). basic bathrooms and showers. they also have cabinas to rent. they offer Wi-Fi at a beautiful covered ranchito with relaxing hammocks and a nightly display of many geckos and lizards. the owner Jorge was very welcoming, we played $10 US for adults and $5 for child. I could stay here for a long time. The morning birds were pleasant.

The owner lives across the road. The camping and cabinas are a left hand turn off the main road if you are coming from the mainland.

Great campsite next to the sea. Facilities are good with a kitchen you can use, bathroom and good wifi. The owner was very friendly and showed us around and was nice to talk to. I think we paid 15 USD per night for 2 persons, which is what we usually pay in Costa Rica.

We spend one night here with our 4x4 with rooftop tent. We found one spot between some trees that was leveled enough to sleep in, lots of shade. It was very quiet at night and in the morning we had breakfast with lots of macaws (Aras) right above us. We payed 8$ p/p/n without electricity. Could use the kitchen which was nice. The showers and restrooms had no lights still. Owner was very nice but only speaks spanish so we made it work with a translator app 😉 added some updated pictures.

Great peaceful place. We made a stop before going to drake bay by car. They have a kitchen you can use with everything you need and there is a chill area where you can sit or hang in a hammock. There are kayaks who you can use to explore the great bay. It is very special that this part of the ocean has no swell at all! We stayed here with our 4x4 with rooftop tent and we were the only one. Great place where we could have stayed longer. Really chill and relaxing.

The best location from our trip! We stopped there before going to Drake Bay but if we knew the peaceful of this location, we would have stayed 1 more night!
Jorge is super friendly. He knows Corcovado as anyone else! The place is quiet with a lot of animals, kayaks are available to enjoy the golfe dulce and maybe see dolphins. A nice area has been built with tables, chairs, hammocks and electricity to hang out and spend a great relax evening!
We paid 10$ pp, the toilets and shower still did not have light when we stayed. We could use the kitchen without extra.
Recommended!

Wow what a nice place! Lots of grass, trees, flowers and birds. The cabanas looked nice and there are two common areas with hammocks. We camped here in our roof top tent and we really enjoyed it. It was very quiet at night, all you can hear is animals. There are a couple of very decent kayaks that you can use for free and we also plugged in to electricity. There's wifi but it was a bit difficult to connect. We paid $7 per person. Check out the photos, it's beautiful here.
