Three+ camp spots. Will need levelers. With a lake access . One spot is fairly level.

Was looking for a relaxing evening after driving all day. The drive back in is about 30 minutes on small roads but very secluded with a great fire pit and fishing piers. Definitely worth the extra time from the interstate. Good Verizon LTE. Protect and keep clean. Enjoy the sounds of nature here!
Report Check-InNice spot, unfortunately there was a good amount of trash left behind. Other than that it was peaceful, didn’t come across any other people. Trail on the other side of the lake to explore, not maintained but still a trail.
Report Check-InEdit: Revisited 07/21/22. Stopped by and cooked dinner, walked around the trails. Disappointed to see that the last visitors left a big trashy mess. Spent 45 minutes picking up broken glass and a tent with stakes they decided to burn. Saw no one else this time. Decided not to spend the night because I felt a little weirded out by the late-night visit last time. If only they could have come by during daylight hours! My cat enjoyed the peace and quiet.
Very nice here. Small lake with two piers as described. My cat and I were the only ones here. Cooked dinner, cleaned up, and having a beer down on the pier…listening to the frogs. Edit: Was visited late in the evening after I was in bed by the county sheriff who said they wanted to make sure I was not being held against my will (weird), but otherwise a friendly fellow, and by a conservation officer the next morning (also friendly). Asked me a couple times if I was fishing (I wasn’t). I would go here again. Apparently they keep an eye on things. There are a lot of houses out in the area but not directly on the road into the campsite.
Report Check-InSpot checks out. Very nice large pond with two decks that go out into the water.
Room for about 5 vehicles here. 2 bars of Verizon 4G.
A collection of about 6 parking spots, only one was flat which we parked in. There was a couple established fire pits but no rings. Spot has a short path to a dock. 1 Verizon bar and 1 At&t bar. Seems like the spot is used alot because there was some trash (which we picked up.)
Report Check-Inchecked out this spot, has alot of newly marked property lines. not much of a fire pit and lots of trash. found a better spot just down the road
Report Check-InNice spot in the woods with two fishing piers and two-three parking spots. Some frost this morning!
Report Check-InVery pleased to park our Sprinter at this beautiful free site. There were several other very nice spots near this one, before you arrive to this spot and after as well -,on ogala horse camp road.
Report Check-InGreat spot to stay. It was very peaceful sitting on the dock around the lake. Not much trash left behind by others. I would definitely stay in this spot again!
Report Check-InStayed here for two days and only saw two people that came to fish for a few hours. There is a trail nearby… but watch out for mites! The area is beautiful, quiet and peaceful. #SlackerVan
Report Check-InCame here and ended up leaving as the spots were tiny. Wouldn’t recommend if you want to tent camp, only if you’re in van or small rv/sleeping in car. Original pictures are lovely but it seems like the place is no longer being kept up. Parking lot was covered in mud and branches, foliage made it almost impossible to get to pond area. Didn’t stay, went to pines twin site about 30 minutes away, would recommend that one over this one. No signal for T-Mobile for either spot, 1 bar of Verizon for both.
Report Check-Inopen at least four tens could fit around here if not more two nice fire pits and I spent the day cleaning raking and making it look nice snipping up the trails and getting ready for the next person Martin from Michigan you see me out here say hello
Report Check-InGreat little place, few locals just fishing. We’re two other campers here, one looks like a permanent resident. Best camp spots are just past the lake.
